Generally, leather bags need to be lubricated with maintenance oil and cleaned irregularly. The method is to wipe the oil on a clean cotton cloth, and then wipe the surface evenly to avoid directly smearing the oil on the leather to avoid damage to the leather. Special attention should be paid to avoid damage from chemical substances. Hard leather bags should avoid impact and scratch from sharp objects.

Leather has strong absorption and should pay attention to antifouling, especially high-grade sanded leather.

Once a week, use a dry towel to soak in water and wring it dry. Repeat several times for light wiping.

If there are stains on the leather, wipe it with clean wet sponge dipped with warm detergent, and then let it dry naturally. Try it in an inconspicuous corner before formal use.

If it is stained with grease, it can be used for wiping with a cloth, and the rest can be naturally dissipated or cleaned with a detergent. It cannot be wiped with water.

For maintenance of leather hardware, wipe it with dry cloth after use. If it is slightly oxidized, try rubbing the hardware gently with flour or toothpaste.

Lacquer leather generally only needs to be wiped with soft cloth, and its glossiness is sufficient and it is not easy to absorb dust.

For glossy leather maintenance, please dip a little leather maintenance oil on the soft cloth, and then rub it on the leather with a little force;

For maintenance of matte leather, just wipe it with a cloth. If the dirt is serious, try to wipe it with rubber like rubber.

The natural oil of leather itself will gradually decrease with time or too many times of use, so even high-grade leather pieces need regular maintenance.

If there are spots and black spots on the leather, you can try to wipe it lightly with the leather of the same color dipped in alcohol. When the suede products are polluted, they can be directly wiped off with an eraser. During maintenance, they can be brushed flat with a soft brush along the direction of the wool.

Care shall be taken to protect all metal fittings and zippers. Humidity and high salinity environment will cause oxidation of hardware.
