Five processes of package processing customization

1. The first process of package production customization

The master of the printing room of the bag manufacturer makes the plate according to the effect drawing. This version may be very different from the version you remember. Those who say that it is a version are laymen. In fact, people in the industry call it “paper grid”, that is, a drawing drawn with a big white paper and a ballpoint pen, with detailed instructions for use.

2. The second process is to make sample package

The quality of this process largely depends on whether the paper grid is standard. There is no problem with the paper grid, and the sample package can basically achieve the original purpose of the design. There are several purposes for making the sample package. The first is to confirm whether there is any error in the paper grid, so as to prevent serious deviation in the production of bulk goods. The second is to test the material and the pattern. Because even if the same fabric has different patterns, the effect of making the whole bag will vary greatly.

3. The third process is material preparation and cutting

This process is mainly to purchase raw materials with progressiveness characteristics. Since the purchased raw materials are all rolled fabrics in batches, the cutting die needs to be opened and then cut and stacked separately. As a preliminary process of sewing, each step is critical. The following is the pattern of the knife die, which is also made entirely according to the paper grid.

4. The fourth process is sewing

The backpack is not too thick, and the flat car can basically complete the whole sewing process. If you encounter a particularly thick bag or a particularly complex bag, you may use high vehicle and other equipment in the last sewing process. Sewing is the longest and most critical process in the production and customization of backpacks. However, strictly speaking, sewing is not just a process, it consists of multiple processes, including front sewing, middle welt sewing, back lining sewing, shoulder strap threading, knotting, and joint sewing.

5. The last process is packaging acceptance

Generally, the whole package will be inspected in the packaging process, and the unqualified products will be returned to the previous process for rework. The qualified backpacks shall be protected against dust separately, and the whole packing box shall be filled according to the packing quantity required by the customer. In order to reduce the logistics cost and compress the packing space, most backpacks will be bundled and exhausted during packaging. Of course, backpacks made of soft cloth are not afraid of pressure.
